Italian wood pellet heating market is the number one in the world in size with a production of 300000 unit of pellet stove and boiler every year.

New features

All the PSx series Ceramic Igniters are now TUV Certified

Since mid July 2015, all the PSx Series of wood pellet/biomass Alumina ceramic igniters (240V) are certified by the German company TUV Rheinland for Rohs, Reach and EN 60335-1/2 (LVD). The product have passed fuel testing in TUV Rheinland laboratories and harmfull substances have been check with XRF screening. Download the RoHS (2011/65/EU) and LVD (EN 60335-1/2) report.

New drawings and data-sheets for the pellet ceramic igniters

Since autumn 2015 new data-sheet for wood pellet igniter, including more information for integration and new Solidwork 3D drawings are availaible for download on the website.

Oxygen lambda sensor for wood pellet and biomass boiler

Since mid 2015 FKK offer oxygen (lambda) sensor (made by Denso) for wood pellet and biomass burner/boiler. It allow substantial reduction of fuel consumption (up to 30%). Do not hesitate to contact us for details.

Fuji Kogyo signed a distribution agreement with Austrian company H&S Kabeltechnik GmbH for the distribution of PSx Glühzünder/Ceramic Igniter in German speaking country.

H&S Kabeltechnik GmbH company is very well known in Biomass setcor for cable and wiring assembly production, distribution of lambda sensor and other components.

With this agreement we do hope to serve German countries customers in a better way and be able to offer a wider variety of cable assembly option for PSx series ceramic igniter.

FKK Ceramic Igniter products were exhbited at Progetto Fuoco 2016

This year again, our company visited the Verona (Italy) Progetto Fuoco fair 2016, which was held in Verona city from 24th to 28th February. We were happy to see so many famous company exhibiting pellet stoves or boilers models integrating our ceramic igniter tecgnology. FKK and European distributors met about 50 companies in 3 days.
